Angela Sim

Angela integrates clients requirements with PR strategies laid out for clients and oversees their seamless implementation. For what is a strategy with no execution? Having been in the pioneer team to kick start the marketing for lifestyle brands (Nakamichi, Oregon Scientific, General Electric, Whirlpool) in SEA during her brand management days, Angela today is happily engaged with clients to create positive public perceptions for their brands. Angela has 16 years of marketing and 7 years of PR experience, and gladly shares her wealth of industry knowledge with clients and their teams. Angela is a BBA graduate of the NUS Business School and also a current serving director in the Business School Alumni (NUSBSA), heading the marketing development team. She is also SCOPE-IP Trained, Business Excellence trained, and was a qualified Practising Management Consultant under the auspices of SPRING Singapore.

Maria Chow

Maria’s core passion lies with people. With more than 10 years of experience in the corporate events and services arena, Maria has developed a strong passion for the service industry. Maria has taken on several business development and marketing roles, on both local and regional levels. She has worked with outsourced events and training management agencies like Evolution Werks and was a General Manager at Knowledge Connection. She was also regional channel manager for Sage Software Asia. Prior to joining Affluence, Maria was in the Retail Distribution sector in Zada Stationery, the sole product distributor of Platinum Japan writing instruments in Southeast Asia, and gained direct consumer marketing and retail experience from that. Maria holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).



MBA, University of Melbourne

Catherine works extensively with forward-looking Asian companies to unleash their brand value, help them ignite a brand-driven culture and cultivate passionate brand ambassadors from within. Having been in the business of brand strategy and management for the past 20 years, she has helped over 100 companies and trained over 2000 people in Asia. Prior to brand consultancy, she was a Brand Manager for Yeo’s and Pernod Ricard. She is the author of "From Bland To Brand” , which provides a practical framework to guide businesses to start the process of building strong and purposeful brands. Catherine is also an adjunct lecturer with the Marketing Institute of Singapore, and was one with Kaplan Singapore. Catherine has worked with Non-Profit Organisations as a skill-based professional volunteer such as National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre and Singapore International Foundation and is currently part of the organising committee of NUS Business School Alumni Women's Wing. Catherine holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne and is also a graduate from the National University of Singapore’s Bachelor in Business Administration.



Arnie, an accomplished Director of Events, Creative Director and Marketing Strategist, is equipped with more than a decade of combined experience impacting corporate performance through the skillful integration of brand, business, and creative strategies with design, concepts and events for fashion, hospitality, real estate, fitness, leisure, sports and government sectors in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. Expertly orchestrated sporting events, trade shows, MICE, official and global high profile events, product and property launches, brand activations, brand Identity development and commercial advertising campaigns within agencies, studios and in-house settings for clients.

Rowell is an accomplished independent creative—having worked with various clients from different industries. His role as a Creative Head in several events agencies, and work experience within multinational companies such as FOX Networks Group, direct clients, and numerous design firms has made him proficient in translating brand guidelines that satisfy campaign objectives, and effectively communicate to consumers and stakeholders. Rowell excels in the creation of brand identities / essence, and possesses superb design sensibilities—reflected by coherence of his outputs within each campaign / event, and his overall portfolio.

Rozana Ismail

Roz has more than 30 years of financial and office management experience across several industries and companies. She is an entrepreneur, researcher, strategist, negotiator and mentor bundled into one no-nonsense CFO. Roz is systematic and prudent, and precise about her numbers. She sets up management systems and sees through the job with passion, integrity and with a sense of humour! With a sense of responsibility and accountability matched only by her wit, Roz is a beacon to all in the office.

Liz Thang

Digital Marketing Manager

BASocSc, NUS, Singapore

Before embarking on a digital marketing career with our group, Liz was Managing Editor for Platts, an oil and gas publication for 4 years. While in Societe General, she marketed hedging products to oil producers, shipping companies and power stations. Having found her calling for marketing and design, she then managed Mumcentre Malaysia, a web portal for mothers and picked up design skills. A fast learner and conscientious worker, Liz is able to take her varied marketing skill sets and put them to good use for customers. Liz holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts and Social Science, majoring in European Studies and Psychology from the National University of Singapore.

Kelly has a tremendous zest for life and love for the written word, with experience in many types of writing which includes pieces for blogs and magazines, advertising copywriting, and corporate publications. She is constantly curious, quick to learn, and never one to shy away from new challenges. She also has past experience in corporate communications, media relations, issues management and event management. She previously worked at the National Library Board and MINDEF. She holds a BA in English Literature and Communications & New Media, 2nd Upper Honours, from the National University of Singapore.



MBA, Singapore Management University

Melissa used to work in Citi Private Bank analysing ASEAN wealth Management indices and developing systems for the team to manage client acquisitions, funding, prospects and insurance pipelines, and provide management the insights they needed to navigate the uncertain waters of the economic world. Prior to banking, she worked in B to B distribution, and in Weida Malaysia which oversaw the design and manufacturer of environmental infrastructure and green technology. Meticulous, motivated and conscientious, Melissa lends her expertise to the team in office processes and systems, ensuring that client reports are delivered on time and in good order. She also helps the team set up new systems to improve our processes in the office to give better support to clients. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, Upper Second Class Honours from the Imperial College, London from the UK.

Andrea has more than 3 years of communications experience in the private sector. Upon completing her GCE “O” Levels, she has steered the course of her studies to bring her to where she is today; a communications professional. Andrea’s passion for public relations and its full work is what drives her every day. Having had a hand in the business-to-business industry previously, she joined ENCE Marketing Group to expand her knowledge and skills in the business-to-consumer arena. Andrea gains satisfaction in her career from every media coverage attained, return on investments achieved for her clients, and of course, the dynamic team she works with and learns from.

Vivian is accounting trained. Throughout her career she has worked with both large and medium enterprises from Mapletree Investments to Ngee Ann Property Management to MGI Menon and Associates a business advisory consultancy. She put her career on hold to raise a family. Now that her children are older, she has decided to return to the workforce. She applied to ENCE because of our pro-family, flexible work arrangement that allows her to manage her time and balance both the requirements of being a mother and work. She is excited about the vision and work that ENCE does and looks forward to working with clients and being an integral part of the team that holistically delivers exceptional work across all departments. Vivian holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.



BA (Language and Literature), University of the Philippines (UP), Philippines

Zen has a knack and intuition for formulating strategies and campaigns that appeal to various target audience given her 8 years of communications and public relations experience. She handled flagship national projects, programs, and a priority legislative agenda of the Government of the Philippines. Her immersion in the government setting sharpened her skills in crafting communication plans, media strategies, and managing communications crises to gain positive public perception and developing impactful campaigns. The communication roles she performed were wide-ranging -- Head of the Digital Team, Social Media Manager, Media Relations Officer, Senior Communications Coordinator, and Information Officer. Hence, she is savvy in traditional media, social/digital media, and content management. Zen is also passionate about the written word and has done various types of articles that are published on official government websites and news sites. Her study entitled “A Renewed Sense of Ethnicity in the Diaspora: A Postcolonial Reading of Philippine-American Short Stories” was awarded Best Thesis by the Department of Language and Literature of the University of the Philippines (Baguio).
